When placing an order online please ensure you give us correct information. Incorrect information may result in your order being delayed or in the case of an incorrect address, may be lost. In this case, we are not responsible for the loss.

Your name, address and contact details will be passed to the postal service used to deliver your goods as required. We will not pass your details to any other company or organisation. We will not send you any advertising material without your prior consent.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change.
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices we advertise are correct. On rare occasions advertised prices can be incorrect. This is never intentional. In these circumstances, we will contact you to make sure it is ok to proceed with the order at the new price. Non acceptance of the revised price will break any agreement of sale and no monies will be taken.

Postage, Packaging and Handling Charges
If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us before placing your order, as we will need to calculate the postage cost.
UK postal charges are calculated on the value of your order and are as follows:
£0 < £20 = £ 2.50
£20 < £75 = £5.00
£75 < £150 = £7.50
£150 and above = free
All shipments are sent at minimum by recorded delivery.
Returns
Before returning goods please contact Wings Wheels & Rotors Ltd. by either phone or e-mail, this way we will be able to understand your requirements and advise on the right course of action to suit the circumstances. If you are returning goods under the Distance selling regulations please note that you will have to pay the return postage.
Postal Losses
If items are lost or damaged on their way to you, we must await confirmation from the courier or postal service used that the parcel was lost or damaged before we can resend items.
Delivery Schedule
All parcels we dispatch require a signature as proof of delivery. In the event where our carriers have left a card stating that a delivery has been attempted, you must act upon this card information and contact the carriers direct to arrange another delivery time as soon as possible. Failure to do this will result in the parcel being returned which will incur extra charges for which we will seek reimbursement prior to resending.

Chargebacks
We believe we offer a fair returns policy. In the event that a purchaser authorizes his or her credit card provider to recover monies without our consent, then we will endeavor to recover the monies together with any administration and legal costs incurred in doing so.
