Payment We Accept
Postage Our postage costs are calculated on the weight of your items. All orders recieved before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. We strongly recommend that all orders over £30.00 within the UK are sent either Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. For all international orders over £20.00, we strongly recommend you select the Royal Mail internationally sign-for service at checkout. Our UK Mail courier service is the cheapest way to send larger parcels with the UK. Royal Mail UK 1st Class
This option is only available for customers in the UK, and will normally be the cheapest method of delivery. Any items shipped using this service should take 1-2 working days to arrive, although this is not guranteed. If your goods arrive damaged please return them to us so we can process a claim. If your goods do not arrive we can process a claim a minium of 15 working days after your goods were due to arrive. It may take Royal Mail up to 30 days to process the claim and contact us.
Royal Mail UK 1st Class Recorded
This option is only available for customers within the UK and is more expensive than UK 1st Class. Any items sent using this service should take 1-2 working days to arrive, although this is not guranteed. This method will provide a limited tracking service and insurance. We will process a claim for any lost items 15 working days after your good were due to arrive. We strongly recommend that you choose this service for any order over £30.00 within the UK.
Royal Mail UK Special Delivery
Royal Mail Special delivery is a guranteed service and will be posted out the same day if your order is received and paid for by 1pm. This guarantees arrival by 1pm the next working day. This service also provides insurance cover up to £500. We will process a claim for lost items 10 working days after your good were due to arrive. UK Mail Courier
Our UK Mail Courier service is the cheapest way to send large items within the UK. Any items sent using this service should take 1-2 working days to arrive, although this is not guranteed This method provides a tracking service and insurance for lost items or goods damaged in transit. We will process a claim for any lost items 14 working days after your good were due to arrive.
Europe/USA/Austrailia - Airmail
This method is the cheapest option of delivery for any orders being shipped to Europe, USA and Austrailia. Any items shipped using this service should take up to 10 working days to arrive, although this is not guranteed. If your goods arrive damaged please return them to us so we can process a claim. If your goods do not arrive we can process a claim 20 working days after your goods were due to arrive for European Destinations and 25 workings after your goods were due to arrive for all other international destinations. It may take Royal Mail up to 90 days to process the claim and contact us.
Europe/USA/Austrailia/South America/Africa/Asia – Internationally Signed for
This service allows your goods to be tracked and insured. Any items shipped using this service should take up to 10 working days to arrive. If your goods do not arrive we can process a claim 20 working days after your goods were due to arrive for European Destinations and 25 workings after your goods were due to arrive for all other international destinations. We strongly recommend that you choose this service for any order overseas worth £20.00 or more.
Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us and return the goods immediately so we can process a claim. We cannot replace the goods until the damaged item has been returned and inspected.
Before returning goods please contact Wings Wheels & Rotors Ltd. by either phone or e-mail, this way we will be able to understand your requirements and advise on the right course of action to suit the circumstances. If you are returning goods under the Distance selling regulations please note that you will have to pay the return postage. Delivery Schedule All recorded parcels we dispatch require a signature as proof of delivery. In the event where our carriers have left a card stating that a delivery has been attempted, you must act upon this card information and contact the carriers direct to arrange another delivery time as soon as possible. Failure to do this will result in the parcel being returned which will incur extra charges for which we will seek reimbursement prior to resending. Chargebacks We believe we offer a fair returns policy. In the event that a purchaser authorizes his or her credit card provider to recover monies without our consent, then we will endeavor to recover the monies together with any administration and legal costs incurred in doing so. |
